Mace' update

Home from the hosp. Mace' continues to take baby steps toward recovery.Her incision needed to be restitced due to her EDS. NS is treating her EDS as vascular due to my moms recent MRI. Mace' is Still having frequent symptoms but not as much since surg. We arrived home yesterday,the ride was aweful for her. She had seizure-like activity once & cried with every bump. Today is a new day for beginnings, Today we began the healing process at home. IT'S GOOD TO BE HOME! Prayers for all the Chiari Families we met who r still struggling. Mace' has been working hard on getting better as well as her own web site for awareness when she is feeli.g ok. Check it out if you get a chance. Ready for this??? SCREWEDONTIGHT.WEBNODE.COM she is doing ALL the work on her own. Also got NS to read my moms MRI. CHIARI MALFORMATION 1. I am now in the process of having my little one forgo her own MRI,after that,I will have mine done. NS gave us both scripts.Prayers for all on this site& plz continue to pray for her recovery.   Was just wondering about all of u just yesterday....glad Mace` is home and is on the road to recovery...and baby steps r the best way to approach this.

  And prayers to ur mom as she deals with her dx and symptoms.

Oh my goodness, that sounds like a lot of people with chiari! I will keep you all in my prayers for speedy and comfortable recoveries. :-)
