Hi IansMom and welcome to the forum! There is a link (yellow icon) for Health Pages at the top right of your page. Then look for the activites page. Also, since you are new to chiari please ask questions! We will all help as much as we can with our experiences and knowledge we have gained over the years. Blessings, Shannon :)

I am seeing an in state NS but am planning to ask for a second opinion with a Chiari specialist in Boston.....I feel good to have a diagnosis but boy am I scared!
Hi..if u r referring to the list we have in the Health Pages here it is 4 both...prior to surgery and after.
It can be difficult to be so general with limitations bcuz everyone is sooooooo different...so u really have to listen to ur body.Know what u can and can not do...these r basic guidelines.
