Mention the tilt table test......it is the next step...
Be careful with the weather as it gets warmer...and do not take hot showers...you could pass out....
I do not know why but some post op have symptoms of POTS increase..they were always there, just magnified now that your Chiari symptoms are lessened.
Good luck tomorrow and do let us know what you find out.
Yes I can push on my legs and feet and they blanched white. I never knew what that was I always thought circulation problems l. No I wasn't tested for POTS. I had a episode the last two days where I was out of breath can't stand for a long time with out feel dizzy and being out if breath. My extremities are always cokd too.always have had low blood pressure to like 95/54. I go see my primary care tomorrow.
Hi POTS (postural -orthostatic-tachicardia-syndrome), and yes it can cause palps....didn't you get testing for it b4 surgery?
With POTS , blood puddles in the lower extremities...so look at your feet when you stand up to see if they turn colors....
Also see if your Dr will do a tilt table test to determine if you actually have this....it is a related condition to Chiari.
Heat can make symptoms worse...keep hydrated and out of the heat.
