Please someone help me!!!!!!

This is my report from MRI CERVICAL SPINE
INDICATIONS: CHIARI MALFORMATION, PAIN.

FINDINGS: GROSS VERTEBRAL BODY HEIGHT, STATUE AND ALIGNMENT ARE MAINTAINED WITH NO VISIBLE FRACTURES OR SUBLUXTIONS. THERE IS PROMINENT DISK HERNIATION AT C5-6. THIS IS SLIGHTLY ECCENTRIC TO THE RIGHT AND SUPERIMPOSED ON A DISK BULGE. THIS CONTACTS THE CORD AND MINIMALLY FLATTENS THE CORD WITH MILD STENOSIS OF THE RIGHT HALF OF THE CENTRAL CANAL.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHERE SHOULD I LOOK FOR HELP? I HAVE BE IN THERAPY TO MOVE THE NERVE OFF THE CORDS, I HAVE SEEN A CHIROPRATOR,  A NEUROLOGY DOC, AND NO ONE IS REALLY HELPING ME, THE HEADACHE ARE STILL THERE, I CAN NOT FUNCTION WITH THIS PAIN!

I have to stress - do not see a chiropractor - huge problems if your spine is twisted or pushed where there is flattening of the cord!!! Pls only see neurosurgen and chiari specialist. A good chiropractor wouldnt see you anyway if he/she were to see your results. Good luck with everything.

You need to go to a neurosurgeon.  Depending on where you are Dr Oro in Colorado and Dr Meneses(?) in Iowa City are great for people with Chiari.  But go to a neurosurgeon and STOP seeing the Chiropractor!!!!!!

HI, and welcome.
If u indeed have chiari....do not go to a chiropracator!!!
U  must not have ur complete report listed....but of the info provided, it says u have cervical spinal stinosis with a bulging disk.

Again, if u do have chiari  u need to see a NS that specializes in chiari.

Where do u live?....we do have a thread on this forum of chiari spicalists.

Please add more info and we can suggest what u can do, but we r here to support u.
we r all in the same boat, most of us have been to several NS b4 we found the right one....some of us r still looking.
