Pediatric Neurosurgeon in Baton Rouge

Do you know of any neurosurgeons in Baton Rouge that have performed the chiari decompression surgery in Baton Rouge, LA?  My 12 year old was just diagnosed and we're looking for 2nd opinions.

Hi I just wanted to let you know that Dr. Soleau did my surgery on April 2nd then did a CSF leak repair on June 2nd.  He has been wonderful for me, so you may want to give him a try.  His office is located off of Bluebonnett Blvd & Perkin's Rowe.  I know of 3 other people that he did Chiari decompression on & they all had wonderful experiences as well.  Best of luck to you & your son!!!

We do have one Dr listed for that area on our list, HOWEVER this list is not a referral nor an endorsement for those listed on it....it was compiled by the members here of Drs they have been to treated by and liked. Please use this info to research Drs to find the best one for your child.

Many of us do have to travel to get to a Dr well informed and experience with Chiari and ALL related conditions.

I also do not know if by chance you have already been to this Dr, if so I do not know whom else to suggest
