Questions?

I am 51/2 months post op and the last week I have had serious tingling and numbness everywhere, my joints and muscles ache so bad that I can barely get up in the morning, I feel a weird pulsing sensation near my neck and oh yeah my head hurts but that always hurts.  What could be causing all of this does anyone else experience this after decompression surgery?  I am seeing Dr Oro on Aug 1st so am hoping he can explain this but would love to have some idea what is going on--thanks for your input!

Hi...many times the further we get from our surgery date we begin to feel a return of symptoms...and even may even get a few new ones....

The return of symptoms should be less intense then b4 surgery, and should not last as long and can be described as the nerves rejuvenating....coming back to life so to speak....

If u have new symptoms it can also be the nerves rejuvenating...u healing......

But, if the  pain and symptoms r worse,  it could mean u experienced some perm nerve damage prior to surgery....OR,  u may have developed a condition that some will post op...such as intercranial hypertension.....

The fact u have joint pain...did they rule out ehlers -danlos?
