Anyone ever fell this......

Last night I was awoken by the worst pain I have felt along this chiari journey.   It felt like someone stuck two blunt fiery pokers through my neck and in through the top of my skull.   The pain and burning followed two direct paths and every once in awhile it fells like they are being twisted and moved around

This is not the pain I am used to. Usually it is pressure but this someone could seriously be stabbing my head and I wouldn't care as painful as this is.  I doubled my pain med dose and it hasn't touched it.   Oh. But if I turn my head to the left my right arm twitches and it feels like it is moving the "pokers". If I look left my left arm twitches and my numb legs are tingly like they are sleep but very little use today

just wondering if anyone else has ever felt anything like this????

U could be dealing with a bulging disk or some type of nerve impingement.....I get it too and I had surgery...but I do have a disk causing issues.

I hate that twitching, it is sooooooo annoying....glad that stopped at least.

Thank u Selma.  I called but as always was told they would call me back. Sometimes they do sometimesbthey don't

This is still there. Although the twitching stopped and have been able to walk some but the tingling feeling won't go away.

OMG no....did u call ur drs...u need to netime u have a change in symptoms and this is a change......

I wish I could tell u more... call ur drs and post an update
