As you know she has had a lot of problems. Well, this weekend she started lactating – and she is not pregnant. She is seeing a neurologist today and is having some more testing done. Her NS said if everything comes back normal he wants to see her in two months (no later) and will do his best to help her out.
Her pain management DR said it was the morphine that was causing this, but several pharmacists said that wasn’t very likely – if at all possible.
She is slowly starting to get off her various medicines and said she is feeling better.

I friend of my sisters who has Chiari - decompressed twice, get's botax once a month. He said it helps his headaches for most of the month, they do come back towards the end, just before him going to get the next session...

I am back. Got my internet working again. Well I talked to my Dr yesterday and he gave me the diagnosis of Glacttahera which I did some research and come to find out Morphine can cause it which I am taking for break through pain. I am gonna see if If I can refrain from taking it for a few days and see if the milk goes away. This is the strangest flippin thing. And my breasts were not even being over stimulated. I have been on this Morphine for like 3 weeks and its just starting now? WHy now? I think I am going to ask for more blood work all of it so far has come back normal. My appointment with the new NL was a waste of time. ALthough she did offer Botox for the headaches...anyone know anything about that? Aside for the boobie issue I have felt pretty good for the last week or so. I hope it stays this way....

I have had this happen before. If the breasts are handled too much they can lactate. Mine was caused by a medication I was on for my mood swings. It raised my prolactin levels and caused lactation.
Also it can be caused by a non-cancerous tumor.. scarier than it sounds
That is what my gyno told me and my psychiatrist is the one that figured out that it was the medication I was on
