Update post surgery

Hello All,

I had my PFD and fusion of c1 and c2 on June 20th.  I feel so much better....so many issues have instantly resolved.  For example, no more blue fingers/toes, no more fumbling for words.  Just thought I'd check in and say I made it!!!!

Yes, they opened the dura and shrunk the tonsils; however, I had a 2nd procedure immediately following the PFD....fusion of c1 and c2.   Originally thought I'd need to c4, but, once in there, found out I have pretty strong structural bones below c2, so I only needed c1, c2.  Most of the spasm pain is from the fusion and, believe me, it's very manageable.  So very glad I did this....it's changed my whole outlook.  :) {{hugs to everyone}}

Did tbey open the dura? I'm glad ur doing well and most, of, the symptoms have  left. I just had my surgery  6/29
