I was wondering what is worse that feelling hell everyday. I thought of the results if i had the surgery but right now i really dont know how the symptoms can get even worse than this. I cant take laying down, sitting, walking, or anything! Sleep is the closest thing to not feel pain, but its hard to fall asleep and to stay asleep becuse of the pain. I am really depressed about not getting any relief. My ma says to try other options but right now, i swear that this pain created a bomb that will exploded any minite.I swear i cant take it anymore. Plez help....

heat patches never work for me.. Try a heating pad for a bit. I have to lay flat on the floor sometimes and just relax try getting someone to lightly massage you also.. I understand i am a full time college student and in financial problems and have 3 small children at home and every other weekend we get my fiances kids so we have 7 kids every other weekend. and i am not working so I know what stress is about all you can do is try hard to find peace and get as much rest as possible it truly does help.

well my back and sholders feel really restless and aching, my neck is the same with some sharp electricity feeling, very sharp pain around my eye and in my eyes. also my temple and to both sides of it have sharp pain, the back of my head throbing or pulsing( somtimes i can feel the blood being pumped to the back of my head down to the mid. of my back) weakness in my arm, somtimes numbness(mostly my left). it feels like my back is is just going to fall into pieces and that my neck cant support my head.my leg also has weakness and im really off balenced.
PS: i tried the heat patch and ice before none had helped. soon im gonna go to go back to the nerosurgen to look at my second MRI and 1st MRA. he said the first MRI in october were not clear cuz i was moving around, plus it was months ago. right now i cant take off any stress cuz of the load of school work, the 3d PONSPONTION of the court day, we r in finanial problem, its taking a decade till im geting any peace of mind.
thanks for the responces=)

I have found the same problems i have not seen my surgeon yet but i know i cant imagine a worse pain right now. walking sitting sleeping anything is horrible. I know that if surgery is the option i am taking it because my thoughts are different then most i guess. i way all the options and think this way even though i probably shouldn't there are things that can go wrong during surgery and it can make it worse before better and if i dont do it then im putting myself in a position to live in hell forever and i dont want that. i know for me its the only shot i have at a real life again.
Hang in there..
I agree with Selma what are your symptoms. I know i try hard to use ice or a heating pad. Heat helps me alot. I love hot showers and try every day to not think of the worst and jsut pray for the best. i have learned also the more rest you can get the better i sleep with a heating pad that turns off every 30 mins so when i wake in pain i turn it back on and go back to sleep. i hope you can find comfort soon

Hi, I am so sorry u r having so much pain....

Can u describe exactly what type of pain and where it is....it may help us understand what may be going on.....we can have a flare that can last for quite some time...I just wonder what might be going on.

Stress will add to the pain and make things worse...so do try to relax...I know it is hard especially since u r not getting sleep.....

Hang in there : )
