Has anyone experienced their titanium mesh breaking?

My first brain surgery was done February 2014. The decompression surgery leads to brain slumping or cerebular ptosis. I had a titanium mesh plate installed in May 2015. I now have a broken mash which caused my brain to slump again.  The slumping is very severe as was the first one. I also have bulging disc and degenerative disc's. I have a cranial cervical instability as well. I need to have the mesh fixed and a fusion done. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this? I also wanted to know what your symptoms are?

Hi, I know in the past we had someone who's screw loosened and became an issue, and the entire mesh was removed.
