I'm a 17 year old female, and I had my decompression surgery on May 26th of this year, so a little over a month ago. I am going to water world on the 4th of this month, and I want to know what my limits should be, like what I'm able to do, and not able to do. Since my surgery, I have been great. I rarely have headaches, and feel just as I did before surgery.(I did not have surgery due to my symptoms, I had it because of the way my brain physically looked, and damage had begun to start) My motion in my neck is virtually the same as it was before and I have felt great since the day I left the hospital. I'll admit, I didn't even "take it easy" after surgery. I was up and going places the day after I got home from the hospital.
Basically, what I'm saying is that I don't want my ticket to be a waste of money, I want to be able to do things. But obviously, I'm not going to if I shouldn't. Any ideas?
