Boston area doctors?????

My daughter and I have been dealing with a lot of doctors who really don't understand my daughters condition, which is spinal stenosis. Can anyone recommend a doctor in the boston area?

Oh I am sorry for the misunderstanding then, this is a forum for those with Chiari Malformation and I assumed since u posted here she might have it as well as the stenosis....so that list of Drs will not be helpful.

I can understand ur frustration.....it seems not all in the medical community seem to know how to deal with their patients....

U may want to try a different forum....mayb the Spinal Cord C/D forum....http://www.medhelp.org/forums/show/1227?camp=msc

Hello, and thank you for the warm welcome and the list of doctors. My daughter does not have Chiari. She was diagnosed with 30% of Scoliosis, Spinal Stenosis, Sherman's disease and two herniated disks. We recently just seen her orthopedic doctor and he tells my daughter if she just stood up straight her pain would go away. I don't feel like any of the doctors my daughter is seeing understands her condition and it's frustrating.

Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum.

May I ask, does ur DD also have Chiari....?

We do have a list of Drs that the members have been to, treated by and liked...the list is not a referral nor an endorsement.
