Anyone have this - Bend head forward and have nausea, but goes away when I lay down.  Anyone have this happen?  So strange, feel like I'm going to throw up when I bend my head forward (chin to chest) and doesn't go away until I lay down.

could be acid reflux/gerd.  ever have the sensation that food gets "stuck" on the way down?  can cause very sharp pains near the breast bone.  you may want to talk to your dr. about it.  or buy some prilosec otc, take 1 a day and see if it solves the problem!  then you can go to your dr and tell him you tried it and the results.  good luck!
