Good to hear you are taking it slow!!! You do pay the price if you do too much too fast. It is a slow and long process to get back to your pre-surgery self. Good luck with things!
You are welcome :)
It is when you get home from the hospital that you need to be most careful, the meds may make you think you are ok to do things and then you find yourself in trouble.
Thank you both and Ray I definitely appreciate the prayers.
No worries at all Selma. I knew it was not clear anywhere.
I am definitely trying not to overdo it. I have read many times that people take it too fast and have setbacks. As well as things have gone I really don't want that to be the case. I know that making myself take it slow will be the hardest thing for me.
Sorry for the mis- identification there....
And WOW what a fast reply....u must be moving forward fast with ur recovery,.but be careful to go slow even if u feel u can move quicker, u do not want to cause a set back....or just have a flare up sooner then needed.Hopefully u do not have ne : )
Take it slow

Good to hear your surgery went well. Take it easy and do what the Dr's & nurses tell you. I pray the rest of your recovery is uneventful.
Ray
Thank you Selma. I really appreciate it. I meant to tell you it's he not she, unless they did a different procedure.
Things went really well. The surgery went great. It was at about 3:30 yesterday and today I have been walking several times quite a bit, had a good turkey sandwich and have spent done time in the chair beside the bed. I'm in a good amount of pain but not as bad as I thought. The nurses say I am doing wonderfully and moving fast so that is excellent.
