Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum.
I have heard about chiari affecting anger....I even noticed it in myself as well......and children can not communicate how they r feeling, so it is easier to have these rage attacks to let off steam. We did have other members with children who had this issue too.
There is a list of chiari drs, but do research to find one that is also a pediatric NS specializing in chiari.

What should adults do for 'rage attacks'? I had decompression surgery 3 years ago and have been an emotional basket case ever since. The surgery went well, I even went home from ICU (no additional stay). Physically I felt fine, but mentally? I feel like I am in an almost non-stop rage attack. I am hating life in general, have become extremely depressed, taken all the medications, but nothing helps this anger inside of me.
Please email me at ***@**** as I may not find my way back here for your answer!
Thanks so much!
