Lisa, I am not sure as I was trying Pilates and yoga with my DD prior to my surgery and some of the positions can put a strain on ur neck......as Carolyn mentioned, be aware of ur neck and see if there r things u can do with out that strain.
In fact, Carolyn suggested that stretching works so well for her the past few days I too am stretching, but , not in ne positions that would put strains where I can not tollerate.
I am working on my legs....lol....and will slowly work my way up....let us all know how it goes and what positions u can do!

My opinion is that yoga would be a great thing to do...of course keeping in mind the restrictions that will trigger a headache. My PT has given me some really good core strengthing exercises lately which I have found to be really helpful not to mention my stomach seems to be a little less flabby!
So I say..go for it...and if a position or something isn't comfortable, just don't do that one. I think yoga might be something I take up in the future too once I cleared for it..
Let me know how it goes!
Carolyn
