Has she siblings what are their ages ,does she get on okay with them or is there rivalry? you say she blames things on others may I ask for an instance and who she would be blaming ..Fidgeting is something children do a lot ..when she cries what is it she would be crying about what talking would there be ?
You claim that you don't know how to "get her to open up". If so, is there someone else who might be able to "reach" this child - an older friend, a trusted relative (as a grandparent), a teacher or counsellor, someone from her church or athletic/activity organization, etc.
It is also possible that your daughter might be suffering from a mood disorder as depression (or some other emotional issue). If you think this might be a possibility, then a visit to the family doctor might be wise. The fact she is a loner could indicate this. Perhaps someone else on this board might have more insight into this situation than I have ....
It is a well known fact that young teens often go through a moody phase its part of going into puberty, I expect if you ask the Doctor he may say something similar. In my opinion it doesn't mean she has any disorder but no doubt he will know .. I also asked previously about any siblings as some times there is upsetting rivalry goes on that a parent is not aware of it .
