Is it abnormal for a 13 year old male child to mastubate into a pair of panties owned by a foster mother? The child comes froma history of abuse and neglect and has had a very hard life.

How did you find out about this ,I would say its normal at 13 year old they do have the hormones picking up.the panties I am not certain about with out knowing more .

its normal for a kid that age to masturbate but the panties thing might be because of his horrific back ground thats all i can really say on that matter hope i helped x
