My 5yr old nightmare...

My 5yr old son has been trouble for me on/off over the years. He was kicked out of daycare at the fresh age of 3 for slamming a board down on the teachers arm. After countless meetings with the principal of the schoool with him, myself, and my ex husband discussing how he argues with teachers, doesnt follow instruction, and will not stick to the curriculum the principal exhausted all efforts and discharged him..leading to me having to spend the time and exceeded effort in finding another close by daycare due to the fact that i am a full time single mother. He recently started all day kindergarten which has been another nightmare. I received a call from the teacher stating he had grabbed her arm following a heated arguement about throwing a cup in the garbage. I have used several different tactics in order to deal with his unruly behaviors ie: taking away tv time, time outs, threatening to throw toys away, spending time in his room, going to bed early, talking to him about the problem, etc. These efforts lasting about a day or 2 then the behaviors starting again. Today after having discussions with his teacher wednesday, i received a note in his backpack that he had choked another kid for apparently sticking his tongue out at my child. I am at my witts end. Please give me some feedback on how to change this problem.

Is he on any meds ,sometimes they have side effects of aggression, it may be a good idea as it does sound extreme to seek advice from the Doctor , especially if his behavior is involving hurting other children Good Luck
