My 9 year old is hearing music in his head and has headaches and red eyes.

Don't know about the music, but the red eyes are definitely worth taking him to a doctor. The sooner the better!
Is that how he's describing it exactly as music he hears or buzzing? I would think it was something that had to do with either a inner ear problem or maybe a head cold. How long has this gone on for and is it a constant thing or does it go then come back? Maybe sure you have all these questions asked before taking him to a doctor so they can promptly diagnose the symptoms. Poor baby I'm sure he's very uncomfortable. Hope things get better for you ;))
