My daughter is having anger issues, I am concerned...

My daughter is 7 going on 8 years old.  She has shown some instances of anger.  I have seen her grunt and tighten her fists.  Yesterday I caught her punching herself in the cheek.
We have been going through a lot the last couple of months.  We moved into a house with her aunt and cousing which she is not dealing with very well.  She also became a big sister...which doesn't seem to be bothering her.  This behavior started around the time we moved.  She says she hates it hear and she wants to move.  I was just wondering what I could do for her?  Like I said before it is not everyday or constant behavior, I would say it is about once a week and usually because she is mad with her cousin.  I am just concerned about her and wonder if there is anything I can do at the moment.  Unfortunately we can not move at this time.

Sounds like she is feeling left out ,its a lot of stress for a 7 year old, a new Baby ,a new house with relatives , she probably sees everyone giving her new sibling a lot of attention, so make sure she gets attention and one to one games from you, if theres a Dad around get him involved aswell.Ask the relatives to do the same , she has lost a bit of self esteem help her get it back.

Did you used to post under a different name?  I don't see where you've "said it before" that this behavior isn't every day or constant.

It sounds like,  since she hates living there and there have been so many changes,  that she needs her own private room where she can be alone when she needs to be,  and no one else shares that space unless she invites them in.

Is that possible?  How soon can you move out from this bad situation?
