3yr old behavior with monno

My granddaughter has been diagnosed with monno, and I understand that she is weak and tired.  But she is also displaying some disturbing behavior.  If she has been given "motrin" for her achiness, she behaves quite normally in that she is pleasant, smiles, plays with her toys and reads her books.  Then she can turn on a dime and starts crying and screaming that it hurts to be touched or moved and is an absolute BEAR.  She is unhappy with everything and seems overly sensitive.  Has anyone encountered this as a result of monno or are we dealing with monno plus a behavior issue?

I would say its to do with her feeling sick and possible she does ache so it hurts ..Ask her to show you where it hurts and if it continues speak to the Doctor to see if anything else is going on ..
