Potty training regression

My 3-year-old daughter got potty trained in April 2007 when she was a little over 2 years and 3 months old.  She might have accidents once in a blue moon - quite normal to me.  As her baby sister gets more mobile (now 15 months old), the 3-year-old has developed potty training regression.  Starting about 4 weeks ago, she started wetting her bed at night. I have been letting her put on pull-ups at night for 2 weeks.  I am wondering if I should continue doing this?  Back in January 2008 when she went for her 3-year check up with her pediatrician, she didn't have this problems yet.  The only thing was that I still had to get up a couple of times per night to help her go potty.  The pediatrician checked her urine and everything was normal.  I have assured the 3-year-old that no matter how much she grows, she is still my baby.  I also talk to her quite often about how much I was proud of her about different things she did.  I am running out of strategies.  I am not sure if she is jealous of her baby sister or just tired of getting up in the middle of night to go potty.  Please advise.

When my daughter was 2 years and 3 months old, we decided to send her to a small Montessori school.  At that time, she was almost potty trained.  After she started school, she got completely potty trained in 2  weeks.  I think it's because all the structured activities in school made her go potty regularly.  At home, it's hard to enforce structured activities with multiple kids.  So, think about it.

We have not potty trained yet and my oldest daughter just turned 3 (2-8) , she also has a younger sister they are 15 months apart.  But my three year old refuses to go to the bathroom, she does if we go with her, or if we put her in panties when we go out, but at home she tells us she wants a pull-up and if we dont put her in it she will just go in her room and wet herself so she can be put in one.  Our DR told us that it is due to the younger sibling and that she will fully potty train when she is ready which i hope is really soon.
