A sociopath is essentially someone with anti social behaviors. That very easily could be an autistic child and there are tests for that. It could be a child with ADHD who is so wired that they cannot be controlled, and there is a test for that. It could be a kid with sensory integration disorder or SIDS, and there definitely are symptoms for that ...and the list goes on. What I can tell you is that there really isn't a test for a sociopath because its a very general term.
