Thanks a lot for your valuable suggestion i thought that it is a abnormal behavior..
Just to second Specialmom's comments...already my 2 year old loves to clomp around the house in my high heels, often carries a purse around and even once got into my make up. No big deal at all. He just thinks it's fun.
Oh, this is totally and completely and utterly normal. A three year old wanting to play with mom things??? Natrually they do because they love their mama's. Plus, mama's things are pretty. My sons both played with things like purses, bracelets, necklaces, scarves, and my shoes as little ones. Now 7 and 8, they like sports and super heros.
Don't make a big deal out of it and let him develop into who he'll eventually be.
Also, kids of three are just starting to develop the capacity to really play with another child. Until now, they do what is called parallel play which means playing alone aside another child. If you are worried about his interaction, my best advice is to put him into social situations and guide him into how to play iwth a friend. Some kids it comes more naturally for and others need a little coaching. But set up one on one play dates, go to the park and look for other kids around his age that you and he can ask to play, etc. and get some practice in with him.
good luck
