advice needed

i don't know if you are able to help but my son who is 4 years old has become very agressive towards me lately, he has atopic eczema which he has had since he was 10 months old and when i wash him, cream him or dress, get him ready for school or he  wants his own way he becomes very annoyed he starts hitting, kicking, biting me and i don't know what to do, time out doesn't work any suggestions would be appreciated

thanks for response i have been doing a sticker chart lately and he has improved but will try that to see if that makes him more calmer

At 4 sometimes kids like to do things for themselves and dont like to be rushed, give him extra time to get ready, lay his clothes out or let him help you choose them from the Drawer, you could give him a wash cloth and let him stand on a step to reach the sink, if hes an independant child they like to do things for them selves and it"ll free you up also to get ready.I have found parents often leave everything to the last minute then theres a Hair raising Rush to get outof the door,  kids find this stressful.A chair set aside will help if hes really in a state quietly sit him on it and say to him to stay there for a few minutes and without a fuss get on getting yourself ready.,put him back if he gets off it.Good Luck, they are wonderful really!
