He is learning the behavior from other children and children in the country you moved to are very 'lively' my opinion is that this is a good thing, it is always great when people assimilate into the culture they have moved to whilst still keeping their own values, so it has to be you accepting that he is now part of the culture he has moved into .When he is jumping on beds and sofas you can use the taking a privilege away system some of of us use also time out method ,so he knows there are bounderies and consequences . Talking to his toys is okay , the more children listen and learn the happier they are ..no need to see a doctor unless you are really concerned by his behavior...take a step back and go with the flow ...
