help my son is being nasty

my son plays with his butt and makes his poop and blood come out why is this

I think jdtm has hit on something!  They cause a lot of itching and his scratching would cause irritation and bleeding.  Look closely at his stool, pinworms are tiny and white.  If you don't find any, take him to the doctor, something is bothering him in that area.

Hmmm ...  Have you checked for pinworms?  This would be my first plan of action ....
