my son is 9 years  old  he is hyper  and cannot speek  a full sentence he says mom dad and give butt again he fortgets according to docs he has schizopharnia   my question is that  in  schizopharnia   poeple cannot speek ?

thanks  for link  we are in karachi pakistan ware the docs are for money only i have taken him to almost all best physco and neuro of city docs do not guide or advise here they want you to visit and visit some of them tried  risperidone  olanzapine tageral  ritalin  epival somanew dosik and more with these medicine he get sleep at night only when he is awake he dos not set for one minute he moves he put light and  tv on and off  he understand but do not do what we say he stick  doing things for weeks    pls  help me to kalm him  thanks

Autism is a developmental disability so it doesn't directly respond to medication but there can be accompanying psychiatric disabilities that do. A trained child psychiatrist would have a good understanding.

Childhood schizophrernia does exist but that sounds more like autism from what you are describing which is much more common. Only a psychiatrist can make a diagnosis but I'd perhaps seek a second opinion.
