really need help!

My 5yr old says no to almost everything she is asked to do. after she says no she usually does it though. well she started developmental kindergarten and she refuses to talk to the teacher or other kids, she wont do any of her work the other day she sat in her cubby all day. its only been two weeks of school i have received phone calls everyday about this. she was seen by a person from the child study team one on one shes great answered every question correct. the school told me they are  going to give her two more weeks and if no improvement i might want to look into some where else. I forgot to say she doesnt cry, fight, or whine when i drop her off! she walks in and withdraws.
Please any ideas would be great.

Can you explain what you mean by "developmental kindergarten"?  I have never heard of the term before.
