sexually inappropriate behavior in 6 year old boy

My grandson was subjected to the use of a compression band in school without his parents consent. After contacting the state super of schools in my state concerning this they then forwarded it to his school which he attends. His grandmother who also works at the school was called to the office by the Super of Schools and asked if she had written the letter to which she replied NO ! Which was the truth.  She was then threateded with insubnuration.  Since this happened my grandson's grades have went from 3.5 to 2.2. He says the teacher screams at him and calls him a liar. So yesterday he and another child in the same room were using a Ipad....the other little boy says " let me take your picture at which time my grandson who is a fun loving, ornery 6 year old pulls his pants down in the rear and they enjoy a laugh. The teacher was in the room at the time. The teacher then reported this to the Principle. Upon learning this was done the Principle suspended him for one day for " sexually imapproriate " behavior causing him to miss his Christmas Program and another function that was planned. I can understand inapproriate behavior but "sexual" I don't believe so. So now this is in my grandson file. He does have problems and is seeing a phycologist for ADD. But I believe they are now singling him out due to the fact his mother went over their heads in regards to the comression band use without consent. What do you think ? Is there any legal avenues we can take in regards the use of the commpression band useage ? Or harassment ?

I'm with RockRose.  I have worked in school districts a long time and have never heard of a compression band so really don't know how to respond.  So am very curious as to what it is.
In regards to him dropping his pants.  If that was his first time doing that I probably would not have suspended him.  But things are much tighter now.  You get one girl seeing that and complaining to her parent and the police are involved.  So it was certainly justified action by the principal (but perhaps not called for).
What you definitely need to be doing is trying to get an IEP or a 504 plan going to protect him.  If you are not sure what that is - get  "The ADD/ ADHD Answer book," by Susan Ashley.  There is a lot there that will help you, his parents, and him.

What is a compression band?  The only ones I know are for injuries - if you have a hernia,  or an injured knee,  etc.,  or an injured wrist,  compression bands help hold the injured part in place to reduce further injury and pain.
