sometimes craving milk

Sometimes my 17 year old cant get enough milk, but other times she does not want any at all. Is this normal? Whats up with her?

As long as she is healthy and her diet is wholesome and varied, in the long run it does not matter. Her craving, however, may indicate need for a particular nutrient that is found in milk. When she gets this from other sources, she stops drinking milk. At least that is what I think. It has happened to me with vitamin A and with iodine.
