vomitting in school

We have shifted from another country and my 5 years and 8 months old son started school a month ago. He was happy for the first week but then he started making excuses in the morning that he is having pain in stomach or coughs and says I  am going to vomit. And once he did in school so he was sent back home but after that he vomitted everyday for almost 10 days. The teacher thought it at first it might be because of fear of spelling test but then he did it everyday. I am confused he is a healthy child and is okay throughout the day otherwise. Is it school phobia???????????? or could it be the cause of some allergy,,,,

This is anxiety (or in your words "school phobia") and as margypops said, your first step is always to seek medical attention (just to be sure).  I would suggest you google the words/phrases "anxiety and kindergarten" or "school refusal" or "anxiety behaviors in children" or similar words/phrases to read about this issue.  There's lots and lots of information on the internet re articles and book titles which should help.  Your doctor might also be able to give advice and assistance.  All the best ..

How does he get on with the other children at the school could there be any problems there? Have you asked him does he like his new school is the teacher patient? It does sound as if he doesnt want to go as he is making excuses, does he behave like this at at home feeling sickand stomach pain.It may be a good idea to get the Doctor to check him out .God Luck
