I Always fall asleep, dizzy, high basophils in blood

Hello so here are the results of the blood test for a 74yr old man, paralyzed legs, has been sleeping a lot lately, very weak and dizzy and heart rate with a little abnormality at V2 -low peak , V3-high peak going downwards , V4- low peak (176bpm)
So:
- basophils 1.6%
- RBC count 4.3
- haematocrit 39.4%
- MCHb 31.6 Pg
- haemoglobin  13.
- MCV 91.6 Cu.Microns
- platelets count 295
- WBC 6.72
Please help... thank you

Hello guys. I worked without day off all week. But yesterday I felt bad and lost consciousness. My colleage took me to the dallas urgent care clinic. Doctors said that I have chronic fatigue syndrome. Doctor said that I need rest and drunk some medicine.
