Asbestos Pleural Plaques
I have been diagnosted with Asbestos Pleural Plaques in both lungs. Now as a result of annual testing my MD has mentioned that my lungs are Hyper Inflated.

Hyper Inflated Lung could just be from extra effort you inserted. It is rather subjective diagnosis. However, Hyper Inflated Lung can be associated with serious number of lung conditions such as lung cancer.
This does not answer your question, but I have another for you. Are we talking about mesothelioma?
