Aspirated What should I do?

I'm a 72 year old male with Brochesticist and mild asthma. Friday evening I aspirated and had 2 hours of very heavy coughing.  The coughing stopped after about 2 hours and now I feel OK but I've lost my voice and when I cough the bottom of my lungs or my stomach mildly hurts. What know?

I would go see your Doctor to be safe sometimes Aspirating into the lungs can cause pneumonia
