mid chest pain, and sudden drop on my blood preassure...

Hi, i'm 40 years old , and i've been smoking for 23, cigarretts and marijuana, but i quited smoking bouth for a while, ciggarretts since june of last year and marijuana since february of this year, i chest pain that never last long, it always comes and goes, sometimes my blood pleassure drops sundly, i suffer from anxiety, and i take lorazepan 2,5mg every night so i can sleep, but im afraid because we have heart problems in our family, my mother just had an open heart surgery about 4 years ago, but i never had a helt problem, execpt i use to drink and smoke, i went to see a hearth doctor, it he told me that everything is normal, but i don't realy belive him because of the pain i've been getting, all my blood work and xrays are also normal,,,,please help me,i'm living outside of the united states and the doctor here are not very good ones, i live in cape verde island, please help me, because not knowing is killing me,,,,,                                                 THANK YOU....
