I have problems with cramps, especially in my legs, arms and sometimes eye. DO you know how can avoid them?

G'day lindown. As stated above, you may be low on potassium & bananas can be a great way to help the cramps, as the nutrients are quick to absorb into our bodies, over other foods. But you could also, or be low on sodium or electrolites, Gatorade is a quick way to ingest this. I'd try the bananas first though, as I've found eating a banana at least every few days helps prevent nasty cramps. I hope you feel better soon.

Having a diet that doesnt have enough potassium may cause muscle cramps so try to add potassium rich foods and see if that helps. Potassium helps with the electrical conduction of muscles and helps with movement. I use bananas when I have this problem. Good luck to you and hope this helps.
