What triggers the stress. If you know that then you are halfway there to helping yourself. Look back to what you were doing, who you were talking to, what you were eating/drinking etc

Have you gone to your doctor about your stress.
i went to one and they were able to help me find out what caused my stress levels to rise, and a suitable way for me to handle it. For me it is focusing on my breathing. but it is different for everyone, it could be as simple as walking away from the situation that is stressing you out and focusing on something else, try going to a walk/jog to take yourself away from the situation for half an hour. but i strongly suggest going to the doctors to see if they can help you in anyway.
although i do suggest trying allternatives before opting for a medicated respose, as they are often not needed.
