You seem to be having a heart attack. If you have not, then please rush to the ER, and get a 12 lead EKG. The other possibility is compression of C7 or T1 spinal nerve. If EKG is fine then this has to be followed up with a neurologist. Hope this helps. Take care!

Get to the doctor and tell them you thing you're having a heart attack. They can put you on a machine to see if that is really what is happeing, or if something else is going on, but don't wait....
