CHF is mostly caused by coronary arterial disease caused by blockage of blood vessels of heart due to dpeoistion of plaques. This can happen in young with sedentary lifestyle and eating oily and junk foods. Damage to the heart muscle from causes other than artery or blood flow problems are from infections or alcohol or drug abuse. Conditions including high blood pressure, valve disease, thyroid disease, kidney disease, diabetes, or heart defects present at birth can all cause heart failure.
