Hi,
The best way to improve the EF of the heart is by heart transplantation only and the next best option is medical treatment only. There’s no other surgical approach to improve the EF. Hence, I’ll suggest you to consult a cardiologist and maybe you need some more medications/increasing the dose of present medications to improve your EF. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
My name is Ko.S. Ahmed 70 years old.I am hpertensive past 3 years. I am not diabetic,non alcoholic,non smoker. I am a journalist always to write sensitive issues in current affair. My PB is always Systole 110 to 180 and diastole 80,90,100. I was a strong athlete. My heart rate is always 60bpm. While I go to bed 50 to 55. While brisk walk it is
heart rate 130 to 140 and after rest of 30 seconds it sets to 60 again. If walk 45mts I get burning sensation right from lower jaw and to the area of media sternum. My ECG is quite normal. When I underwent treadmill test,I could easily able to run comfortably for 10 mts. But at the beginning of 11th minute the blood supply of blood was reduced to heart resulting in METS 10.1,Speed 5.4km/h,slope14.0%,Timer 00.25 there were slight notches in leads V1,V2,V3,V4,V5,V6. The cordialogist advised that my heart get a little less blood supply on vigorous exercise
I am under medication of Olmozest 1-0-0/Clodrel Forte 0-0-1/Angiospan TR 1-0-1/Rozavel10mg0-0-1/FlavidonMR 1-0-1/Evion 400 0-0-1.Mega3 0-0-1. Lonazep 0.5mg 0-0-1. My weight is 60 Kg. Height 5'4". Sanguine Temperature.
Will this uncontrolled BP will result in brain stroke,heart failure etc.
I work righ from 5am to 8am, 10am to 1pma. 3pm to 6pm 7pm to 9pm.
HOW TO BRING THIS BP INTO CONSTANT LEVEL.
