Fatigue/weakness

I have chronic diastolic heart failure and I battle with fatigue/weakness daily. It makes my quality of life poor.

Does anyone experience this form of energy being sucked out of your body upon exertion? No exaggeration. I am so weak that I can be in bed all day from over doing. Any tips would be helpful.

I read the following explains why but not HOW to deal with it.
"Exercise intolerance and fatigue are often the most common symptoms of heart failure. This tiredness or fatigue occurs because less blood reaches the muscles and tissues, due to the reducing pumping ability of the heart."

Id like to add to my post about fatigue/weakness that I do exercise 4 to 5 days a week.
I walk 15 minutes and rest then i work out on a Teeter Freestep for 15 minutes.
I also try to keep moving but I do take multiple breaks ...and I still can actually feel the energy being drained  from my arms and legs.

I am just starting thru this.  I had my first day at cardiac rehab and it was terrible.  I have no energy and feel drained.
