Pain On Left Side Under Rib Cage

I am 30 yrs old Back 2004 when I was 18 I all most died I had my hole large intestine removed do to Crohns disease I been getting this pain on my left side under my rib cage this has been going on for 5 yrs since my small intestine is connected to my anus where I can go to the bathroom normal I can't live a life like this with this pain going on under my left side under my rib cage please tell me what is causing this pain I hope it is not a Crohn flare up :-(

Gallstones? Pancreatitis? Spleen? I had 20stones in my gallbladder and the only pain I felt was under my rib cage on the upper left side.
