Any suggestions on what this sounds like?

Hi I'm 18 years old. For about a year now I've been having severe constipation, severe adominal pain, and nausea. I did a colonoscopy back in March. They found ulcers in my duodenum. I don't take any ibprofen. But they didn't get through my colon completely. I had another colonoscopy and endoscopy several months later since my medications weren't working. The ulcers were gone,  they found out I had extra length to my colon, and found inflammation in my ilium. They think the length of the colon is why I'm comstipated. But I've never had problems till now. They took a biopsy of the ilium to have it come back negative, and found my cal protection was high. They aren't sure what's wrong still. Any suggestions? This has been going on for a year with no answers.
