Anyone been dx with pancreatic insufficiency as complication of Crohn'?

I have just had major bowel surgery (ileal-caecal hemicolectomy), pulmonary embolism, and severe Crohn's flare...3 hospitalisations of 2 weeks each, and just returned home from my 4th incarceration, was meant to be a 2 hr infusion of remicade and turned into 5 days of,... well, hell.  Now been diagnosed with pancreatic insufficiency, on Creon enzymes, but there is a possibility I have pancreatic cancer and diabetes.  Anyone had these problems? All advice, suggestions, indeed help, gratefully received.

Liz.
