Could this be crohn's?

Hello, i am a 30 year old woman. Seven months ago I went to the ER with acute right lower quadrant pain near the appendix with the pain reflecting right in my back. Normal bloodwork, plain abdominal x-ray showed excessive intestinal gas. Pain continued for several days and then nausea came also. I also have irregular bowel movements. I was diagnosed with ibs and started treatment which didn't help. About a week ago i had a ct in my upper and lower abdomen. The findings were thickening of the rectum, sigmoid colon, pylorus and my duodenum. Also i have an ovarian cyst 3,3cm in my right ovary. As far as i know ovarian cysts don't cause any symptoms. Next week i'm having a colonoscopy and probably a gastroscopy too later on. Can an ovarian cyst cause this much pain or this may be crohn's?

Hi!
Regarding the thick endometrium, it depends on the time of the cycle. Polycystic ovary can cause gas in gut and therefore pain. However since there is widespread thickening of the gut possibility of IBS, Crohn’s, celiac, food intolerance and endometriosis should be looked into. Please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!
