Non-intestinal Symptoms of Crohns?

Hello everyone!
What are your non-intestinal symptoms of Crohn's? How long did it take you to receive a diagnosis? Did the doctor's suspect a different GI issue first?

I've been exhausted and hopeless with all the tests and trials to figure out whats wrong and none of my systems seem to be related with any other issue. I'm also very intoverted, so trying to even communicate what's wrong has been a struggle for me. My PCP thinks it's reflux and IBS, but I have non-intestinal symptoms as well that he's ignored. I have gastritis but haven't followed up with my GI after the EGD because I've been so frustrated with the lack of answers; I do plan to call him tomorrow.

These are the seemingly random symptoms I've been dealing with this year:
Abdomen Pain and Swelling
Exhaustion, dizziness and body aches (like when you have the flu)
Vomitting and Diarreah
Waking up in the middle of the night with cramping in bowel
Skin tag... in a place... after hemorrhoids
Unintentional Weight Loss
Tingling of face
Pins and needles in Legs and feet
Joint Pain
tingly lips and nose
Body acne that doesn't seem like acne (but it could just be the difference between young adult acne vs adult acne)
Change in menstraul cycle (subsided with long term BC)
Extreme pain and vision loss in right eye (subsided)

Thanks for your help!

One of the interesting ways that I totally stopped the bleeding and had mild improvements in my IBD was by taking a probiotic called threelac. Although, it is far from being cured, this probiotic has caused some improvement in the intestinal symptoms, but not the symptoms outside the intestines, such as chronic fatigue. The bleeding completely stopped after taking this stuff, and reduced the number of bowel movements a day I was having.

I have similar symptoms as yours, yet my doctor couldn't make a definite diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease, because on the colonoscopy he saw no inflammation....Yet on the blood and stool test, it showed that there was inflammation. He offered no treatment, so now I am seeing someone who practices alternative medicine.

One thing that you should have checked is your vitamin D levels. IBD causes your body to be unable to absorb this vitamin. This can make you feel very fatigued. Mine was very low. I am about to start supplementing with mega doses to get my levels back to normal.
