Pain everyday since August and pregnant

Okay here is my story hoping to get answers here since I get them nowhere else. I am 32 a women 30 weeks pregnant first child. I was diagnosed with Chrons at 23 years old was on humira till I went off due to pregnancy complete remission when I went off. I had my gallbladder out two years ago and felt awesome since even went down in humira dosage. My husband and I had issues getting pregnant so we did IVF and sure enough it worked! Got positive confirmation in July 2013 and stopped humira that month. Symptoms started August 23 2013. It started off like acid reflux which they said was normal due to pregnancy take lots of tums and GI doc put me on extra strength omperzole. I got no relief!! Burning, pulling, spamming left upper to middle abdominal pain went into back. I told Obgyn they told see my primary doc do I did she said sounds like your diaphragm is spamming but we on Flexril muscle relaxer, no relief!! They sent me for ultra sound of spleen, kidney and pancreas as well as blood work. They said all looks normal no relief. The pain got so bad about one month ago I went to ER. They put me on pain meds through IV nearly cut the pain. Took chest X-ray, another ultra sound of the left side more towards middle now and blood work all normal. Set me home with pain patch and follow up with surgeon. So I did he set me for an MRI no contrast of abdominal and pelvic area showed nothing. I swear this is pancreatitis since it can't be gallbladder cause it's removed. This is acting just like my gallbladder did. But everyday I am in more more pain on that side. The more I take for relief the worse it gets. Now I have a lot of bowel movements but not diarrhea, persist dry cough for a month which they said was pregnancy related worsen when I lie down and vomiting in the past two days. I see the GI doctor Thursday with my mom and hope he can help but the ways things are going doesn't have much hope. I am on bedrest for my pregnancy cause of my thinning cervix which doesn't relate to this expect thank god I don't have to work. Why can't they find something I know something is wrong? I though round ligament pain cause pregnancy but Obgyn says no way to high up and pain it's that bad. I also have a cherry size bump middle to left upper abdomen. The surgeon says scar tissue but I was like in a ball? Anyways I thought my
Chrons acting up but I never had this pain dull achy pain with my chrons before I feel like this can't be. I have a rash on face and hands as well. I am thinking either lupus induce from humira, hiatal hernia or pancreatitis?? Any help is appreciated!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your medical problems. If there is pain after gall bladder surgery, then, liver infection, stone in pancreatic duct, pancreatitis, duodenal ulcer and acidity are a few causes that need to be ruled out. If all these causes are ruled out, then it could be due to adhesions and this can only be diagnosed by laparotomy.
Keep a food diary. See what food items cause the least symptoms and eat those for rest of your pregnancy. Raise head end of bed after asking your doctor. Take antacid gels if it is OK with your doctor. Eat 5-6 small meals in the day.
You just have a few more weeks to go. If the pain is becoming unbearable and the baby is fine, you can opt for elective C-section after 32 weeks of pregnancy. Please discuss with your doctor. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
